Job Title: Land Survey Technician

Position Overview:
The Land Survey Technician supports field surveying operations for a variety of civil engineering and land development projects. This role involves outdoor fieldwork with opportunities for training and advancement. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and enjoys working outdoors year-round as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Perform field survey work including construction staking, boundary surveys, and topographic data collection
• Support survey crews and project teams in completing accurate and timely work
• Interact with clients and project stakeholders as needed
• Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures during field operations

Qualifications

• Prior experience in land surveying, construction, or CAD preferred but not required
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, organization, and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory motor vehicle record
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
